Generation after Generation

Age-old practices, tempered with technology

Long before automation and shortcuts, whiskey was shaped by fire, patience, and copper. We honor that tradition by building our distillery around the same materials trusted by generations of makers before us.

Distilling as a craft for hundreds of years

Every decision, every surface, every curve of copper reflects our belief that great whiskey is made by respecting what came before. It’s not about doing things the fastest way—it’s about doing them the right way.

Our Stills

Our stills—crafted entirely from copper in both 24” and 36” sizes—form the heart of our process. Copper doesn’t just conduct heat; it refines the spirit as it rises and falls, smoothing rough edges and allowing character to shine through. It’s a quiet partnership between metal and maker, one that rewards care and attention.

From there, copper condensers gently guide vapor back into liquid, preserving the subtle aromas and flavors that define our whiskey. A traditional copper doubler completes the journey, deepening complexity while keeping the spirit true to its origins.
