We created the Jackson Purchase Bourbon brand to accurately represent our distillery and our team’s capabilities. Crafted with a mashibill of 70% corn, 20% rye, and 10% malted barley, its deep amber color is but one example of how whiskey ages more quickly in the western Kentucky climate. On the nose and palate, it presents an incredible depth of flavors that culminate in a soft, warm, lingering finish that pleads for another sip.
